The phone will only respond to voltage message waiting . Check with the phone company to ensure you have voltage message waiting Voice Mail.

Yes, the phone is compatible with Centrex, PBX, or standard telephone services.
How do I adjust the volume in the handset and the ringer?
There are 2 dials on the right side of the telephone to adjust these volumes.
How do I answer a call waiting call?
You can answer a Call Waiting call by using the Flash key to toggle between callers.
