How do I delete a memory key?
You can delete a number from a memory key in two ways. You can either delete the number, or you can save a new number over the old one.
1. Lift the handset and wait for a dial tone. The dial tone will continue while you delete.
2. Press Save key.
3. Press the memory key that you wish to delete.
4. Press Save key.
5. Hang up the handset.
How do I adjust the ringer volume?
The volume for the ringer can be adjusted on the side of the phone.
What does the light indicate?
When the light:
- Flashes quickly - Call is on Hold
- Flashes Slowly - There is a Message Waiting
- Flashes with ringing - Visual Ringing
How do I answer a call waiting call?
You can answer a Call Waiting call by using the Flash key to toggle between callers
Can I use this phone in a system?
Yes, the phone is compatible with Centrex, PBX, or standard telephone services
Why doesn't my message waiting indicator flash when I have a message?
The phone will only respond to voltage message waiting . Check with the phone company to ensure you have voltage message waiting Voice Mail.
How do I save a telephone number or feature code in memory?
To save a telephone number or feature code into a memory key. :
1. Lift the receiver and wait for a dial tone. (The dial tone will continue while you save.)
2. Press Save key
3. Press the memory key where you want to save the number.
4. Use the dial pad to enter the telephone number or telephone feature code.
5. Press Save key.
